Customers have 48 hours from receiving their order to initiate an exchange. Your item is ONLY allowed to be swapped  if your size was purchased incorrectly, or if you desire a different design. If your parcel has not been returned to us within 7 days (Australia ONLY) & 21 days (Worldwide) of the order date, the acceptable return period would have expired and we will no longer accept the return. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please note that the returned goods will be covered at your own expense.

Once the item is returned you will be entitled to receive a refund. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

If by any means the parcel gets sent back to our address due to failure of Post Collection, the item needs to be re sent and will have to be covered by the customers expense. We cannot notify every customer when their parcel is awaiting collection.
